  • Come across: to find something by chance.
  • Get away: to leave or escape from a place or person, often when it is difficult to do this.
  • Get off: to leave a bus, train, plane, or boat.
  • Get on: to aboard a vehicle.
  • See off: saying goodbye to someone that is leaving.
  • Set off: to start a journey.
  • Speed up: to move or happen faster.
  • Stop over: to make a stay of a night or more.
  • Take off: If a plane takes off, it begins to fly.
  • Turn back: to move your body so that you are facing a different direction.
  • Shower: a short period of rain.
