VOCABULARY - ENGLISH - UNIT 5

  • Bookmark: to mark a website on your computer so that you can find it easily.
  • Launch: to begin an important activity.
  • Appreciation: an understanding of how good something or someone is.
  • Consideration:  careful thought and attention.
  • Diplomacy: skill in dealing with people well and not upsetting them.
  • Etiquette: the set of rules or customs that control accepted behaviour in particular socialgroups or social situations..'
  • Netiquette: the set of rules about behaviour that is acceptable on the internet.
  • Interation: an occasion when two or more people or things communicate with or react to each other.
  • Rank: a position in society or in an organization, for example the king and the queen.
  • Rudeness: behaving in a way that is not polite and upsets other people.

SELF ASSESMENT

Well, this is my last post in this blog and I'm a bit sad because of it. But let's do the last self assessment. For me in this year I learnt a lot and I improved all my skills. I'm happy with my reading skills because I had a bit problems with its but now I think that I have improved those skills and that makes my feel happier and also proud of myself. And now let's talk about this blog. I think that the blogs are a very good way to do a portfolio, because you use technologies and also it's more interesting and easy, for me, than the normal portfolio.
